The religion was not just a religion in the history books, but a force that transformed civilizations all over the world. In the early 7th century, the Prophet Muhammad underwent a transformation in Makkah, where he started receiving Revelations announcing that there is only one god and that social equality, compassion and justice are virtues that should be upheld by everyone. Thus it began as a small community centred upon Prophet Muhammad’s new vision; however, within few years it covered a great part of Arabia through active trade connections and academic instructions.
