1. Definition of Personal Information
"Personal Information" refers to any data that pertains to an identifiable individual, either directly or indirectly. This encompasses information that can be linked to a specific person, such as but not limited to, their name, contact details, identification numbers, location data, online identifiers, and biometric records.

2.1 Information you provide to us.
Personal Information you may provide to us through the Services or otherwise includes:

  • User-Preference data, such as the public or community models you download through our Services, the type of models you add or disable, and your preferences for some certain type of models when using plug-ins.
Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
2.2 Automatic data collection.
We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically gather information regarding your interactions with the Services, online communications, and other online services. This could encompass:
  • Device data, such as your computer or mobile device's operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies.
Some of our automatic data collection is facilitated by cookies and similar technologies. We will also store a record of your preferences in respect of the use of these technologies in connection with the Services. Some of the automatic collection described above is facilitated by the following technologies:

3.1 Delivering and personalizing Services. We may use your Personal Information to:

3.2 Improving Services

This information can be seen, collected and used by others, including being cached, copied, screen captured or stored elsewhere by others (e.g., search engines), and we are not responsible for any such use of this information.
In addition to the above entities, we will not share your Personal Information with other parties without your prior express consent.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
5.1 By using the Services, you acknowledge that any Personal Information about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being provided to Alkaid and stored in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers.
5.2 We seek to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure using appropriate physical, technical, organizational and administrative security measures based on the type of Personal Information and how we are processing that data. You should also help protect your Personal Information by appropriately selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism; limiting access to your computer or device and browser; and signing off after you have finished accessing your account. Although we work to protect the security of your account and other data that we hold in our records, please be aware that no method of transmitting data over the internet or storing data is completely secure.
6. What Rights You Have Over Your Personal Information
6.1 Access your Personal Information.
If you have registered for an account with us through the Services, you may review certain account information by logging into the account.
6.2 Opt-out of communications.
You may opt-out of marketing-related emails by contacting us. Please note that if you choose to opt-out of marketing-related emails, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
6.3 Privacy settings.
We make available certain privacy settings on the Services, including allowing you to make assets like your files, images, videos and models sharable versus private.
6.4 Declining to provide information.
We need to collect Personal Information to provide certain Services. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide those Services.
6.5 Delete your content or close your account.
You can choose to delete your account, which deletes all of your assets tied to that account. If you wish to request to close your account, please contact us or request that we delete your account at support@alkaidvision.com.
7. Other Sites and Services
The Services may contain links to websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. We do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites, mobile applications and online services you use.
8. Personal Information of Children
As noted in the Terms of Services, we do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under 18 years of age; if you are a child under the age of 18, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any Personal Information. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information through the Services from a child without the consent of the child's parent or guardian as required by law, we will comply with applicable legal requirements to delete the information.
9. Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
As we continually work to improve our Services, we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Upon such changes, we will alert you to any such changes by placing a notice on our website, by sending you an email and/or by some other means. Please note that if you've opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven't provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them.
