29th September, 2024– The Love DayAccording to the founder of the seven-letter CLDSTAM values, today, 29th September, is an exceptionally important day, widely celebrated with great delight and reverence by the Followers of Love (FOLS) as Love Day. When I mention FOLS, I am not referring to a specific organization or a fixed group of devotees. As the saying goes, “Love is nobody’s property, and it’s everyone’s property. It belongs to whoever strives the most and uses it the most.” Correspondingly, FOLS can be anyone who is a true lover of these seven values, someone who practices them with total interest, faith, and devotion for the happiness and well-being of all beings.As a Buddhist-FOL (because one cannot be Buddhist without being a FOL) and a friend of the founder, I would like to explain what these seven letters mean and stand for.
