"I have a similar story. When I was 6 I came inside from playing outside with a pretty bad nose bleed. I got them all the time so I knew what to do and was very used to them. I was in my toilet downstairs and there was a massive mirror above the sink. I had my head hung over the sink as its the fastest way to stop the bleeding. When I brought my head up I saw a woman I had never seen before standing behind me. I often saw things, ghosts or whatever and nobody ever believed me. Fast forward to about 6 months ago and I was meditating to sound. During my journey I found myself back in that old house. I then found myself looking at me as a child with my head over the sink - younger me then turned to see older me. At that moment I remembered the incident when I was younger and instantly realized I had met myself as a grown up but didn't recognize myself. This was when I started to move away from the idea of ghosts and more towards the idea of time travel or existing in multiple dimensions with multiple versions of
