The film ‘Taandav’ (referred to as ‘literary work’) has been written by Devashish Makhija, who is the sole owner of copyright and moral rights in respect thereof, which have been duly applied for registration before the relevant statutory authorities. The contents of the literary work as a whole are confidential. The same are being made available to the intended recipient for discussion and evaluation purposes alone. No part of the literary work should be disclosed in any form by the intended recipient, or any of its / his / her employees or agents to any third party, except with prior express written consent of the author. The literary work will be used or copies of the same made by the intended recipient only for the purposes which have been expressly permitted by the author.
