**The Adventure of Little Rain** Pitter-patter, soft and sweet, Little Rain danced on the street. Tapping toes on rooftops high, Washing clouds across the sky. “Come and play!” called Muddy Puddle, “Jump right in and make a muddle!” Raindrops giggled, splashed around, Turning grass to sparkling ground. Flowers woke with joyful cheers, Stretching petals, catching tears. Birds sang songs from tree to tree, Welcoming rain with harmony. As the sun began to peek, Little Rain grew shy and meek. A rainbow arched, so big and bright, Waving to Rain, a warm goodnight. Though Little Rain had to go, Its magic set the world aglow. Remember this, through shine or shower, Rain brings life and blooms a flower.
